Include the following with this submission:
-This submission sheet and 1-2 page story synopsis
-Four copies of the first twenty pages of your screenplay, stapled (do NOT include your name anywhere on the screenplay excerpt or synopsis)
-If received before 4/11/08, early entry fee of $35
-If received with postmark date after 4/11/08 and before 5/1/08, regular entry fee of $40
-If received with postmark date after 5/1/08 and before 5/8/08, late entry fee of $50
-I would like a receipt for my entry fee sent to me (at the above address).
